He has also performed live on a WDST radio in Woodstock and on WOR in NYC.

When Sid Bernstein (best known as the promoter who brought the Beatles to America) was asked in an interview about the Hudson Valley’s Prodigy, Myles Mancuso, he stated “I love this kid…I think he is going to be a Big Star ! ” Sid Bernstein has promoted Myles at numerous shows in New York City. For a show at the Cutting Room in NYC, Sid billed Myles as a “Bona fide Prodigy that will Captivate and Thrill an audience”.

History……..

Myles’ creative talent revealed itself at an early age; at 3 years old it was evident he had performing in his nature, he would dress up and meticulously emulate the performances from some of his early favorites (Frank Sinatra, Elvis, Ray Charles and James Brown). He would sit for long periods and just soak in their video taped performances. As Myles grew, his musical abilities were hard to overlook. He would play his dad’s drum set to the many songs he learned from start to finish (by the age of 5 he was able to play a full drum set). He particularly enjoyed playing to Elvis, Frank Sinatra and  Beatles' songs.

With a flare for music and entertainment emerging by 5 he was enrolled in a Yamaha Music Instruction Program for the piano. At the age of seven he entered into private classical piano lessons with a Julliard graduate and accomplished local composer who received many grants and awards for his works. At the age of 8 he started playing bass guitar and at 9 went to six string guitar, he has continued to advance in his abilities, recently adding the saxophone to his array of instruments.

Myles’ ability to perform and use his imagination drew him to theatrical endeavors; he performed for the first time on stage at the age of 8.  He sang, danced and acted in a very successful local production of “Little Shop of Horrors”. At 9 He played his first television part on the FOX TV show "Rescue Me" starring Denis Leary. He continues to have an interest in acting.

Currently at 13 years old his live performances have him demonstrating his abilities to play a number of instruments with a great deal of skill and feeling. Connecting with Young and Old Alike – while younger audiences respond to the soul, energy and musicianship Myles performs with, mature audiences are not expecting such a young performer to have the ability to play his style of music with the comfort of a veteran performer.
