May 15th 2006 Sid Bernstein presents another showcase at the he Cutting Room in NYC, in this showcase Myles is backed up back a live rhythm section, he calls the band Mojo Myles and the Blue Ryders. It was another packed house and other artists on the bill that night were David Ippolito and Deirdre Broderick. Myles plays Guitar, Piano. Bass and Sings. It was another fantastic show at the Cutting Room, Myles said he loves to perform in NYC because of the special energy there.

February 12th 2006 Sid Bernstein presented a 42nd Anniversary Showcase Celebration of New Artists at The Cutting Room, commemoratingFebruary 12, 1964. Myles was billed as the "Ten Year Old Blues Prodigy"  he played Guitar, Piano. Bass and Sings.  As the show went on Myles accompanied Kate Taylor in a duet and played a number of Beatles songs on bass for the finale with all the artists on stage. It was a great show and we made  some great new friends as well as experiencing the blizzard of 2006 1st hand.

 

We'd like to thank Joseph Gargano for making that night possible and perserevering through the Blizzard of 2006 - It was an unforgettable night for everyone who attended and performed.

On February 12th 1964 the Beatles played their historical first American performance at Carnegie Hall. Thanks to the vision of one man who's career in entertainment started years before he brought legendary acts such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Kinks and many others to the USA. Sid Bernstein had been working with many of the world's top entertainers long before he started the "British Invasion" with the chaps fromLiverpool - Mr. Bernstein has worked with diverse talent such as Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Elvis Presley, Woody Allen, Judy Garland, Glenn Campbell, Muddy Waters, James Brown, Miles Davis and many more.
