Myles was theatrical at a very young age, from the
age of 3 he loved dressing up as different actors and singers. He started with Frank Sinatra and he then would dress up as Ray Charles,
Elvis and Jim Carey. He would recite the lines from movies;
especially Jim Carey’s movies, Myles is a funny guy, he enjoys
entertaining others up close or on a stage.
A very successful production of "Little Shop Of Horrors". He sang, danced and acted as he played the part of a street urchin child from skid row and also the part of a wealthy young debutant.
He
was diligent about rehearsing his parts and during the weeks leading
up to the production participated in every rehearsal. Some rehearsals
went 8 hours. Myles impressed the cast and crew with his ability
to stay focused and endure the long hours; Immersing himself completely
in the play, he would draw pictures of Audrey II constantly.
He
even built working hand puppets of the Audrey II plant. He learned
the songs from the production by ear and would entertain the
cast on breaks playing the house piano. When asked why
most pictures of him back stage wear without a smile Myles said he didn’t
smile much around the stage because he wanted to “stay in
character” (as a skid row street urchin).
At the end of the
production the Director (Cory Ann Fasano) proclaimed Myles as “the
most creative person she has ever worked with”, Myles really enjoyed
his experiences on stage and he would like to pursue other parts. Check
